Q: ID lucked because of some security reason
Dear Apple Support team,
I bought an ipad, for my son and he made an apple ID ( Beheshti@tak........ir), but this process not finished And the message was shown was “Apple ID lucked because of some security reason”.
Now he forget her screen luck password and we tried to reset IOS and restore backup but can not success because Apple will send and reset email or link to above email, but I never see any email in mailbox.
Unfortunately my son cannot remember security questions also.
Please help us with sending reset link to my mailbox.

If you can't re-enable the account yourself then try contacting Support in your country : https://getsupport.apple.com/ or use the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here
