Q: Group Massaging Issue

I have an issue that, my iPhone 6 IOS 9.3 has no any option showing of group masseging. I need to use group texting with other devices as well like android phone etc. But iMassages sending properly if they opposit users have iMassage active in their iPhones, otherwise massage showing an error of try again and there is no any option like send a text massage.

I have already spoke my service provider he said please check your handset funtion all the things are cleared from his end.

Any one please help me in this regards.
