When using 3D Touch,
When using 3D Touch, why do all the icons begin to shake when I press on one it will delete.

If the icons shake, then you are holding over the icon rather than invoking 3D Touch. 3D Touch on the home screen works when you apply pressure, so if you touch a icon then press a little harder, it should invoke 3D Touch rather than a long hold on the icon.
