Q: all my notes got deleted ! ipodtouch5

please help i have very important notes that i need emergency .

i went to the notes setting to just see its settings . then i saw an option called : "on my ipod touch" account , i turned it on to see what happened , i went to turn it off there were many options which is either to delete the notes or change their place , but i suddenly chose to delete them . and they got deleted and cannot be found in the recently deleted folder . please help

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 9.3.2

On a computer browser go to icloud.com, sign I and see if the Notes are there

Notes are included in the iTunes backup of an iPod.
If you have such a backup with the notes then restore from that backup. Make sure that yo do not backup the curring configuration of the device since that will overwrite the previous backup.

Note the iCloud backup does NOT included iCloud items like Notes.

My opinion is that Apple really can't do anything since you deleted the Notes
