I have a problem , I am restoring my Imac yosemite and when I ask for the password iCloud tells me that my item is not available , I have to do or what happens? thanks for your help!
Are you booted into the Recovery Partition? Is iCloud telling you the item isn't available or the App Store? Is this the same Apple ID that was used to download Yosemite originally?
