Thank you so much for your suggestion. When I get to Reset do I reset anything. I am using the password printed on the modem. Yes I can connect with my computer..Just not my IPad. The password is pretty straight forward -

You marked the other post a helpful. Does that mean you're good now, or are you still trying? What message do you get? Is it incorrect password?

Aug 11, 2016 5:05 PM in response to DollyRob1by Diana.McCall,You should try restarting the router, then restart iPad, hold Sleep and Home buttons until the Apple appears.
If that doesn't work, log in to the router and check the WiFi encryption setting. You should use WPA2-AES (CCMP) with no dual-mode or TKIP. That might make it easier to connect.
Incidentally, what iOS version are you running?
