Q: iPhone 5c top speaker making buzzing/crackling noises

The too speaker on my iPhone 5c (used during calls) males buzzing/cracking noises when I put my ear to it. It only stops when the phone is fully powered off. Is this normal? Also, my battery goes quite quickly and my phone heats up quite a lot too, not to the point I can't use it but its really hot to touch. I always closes apps when I'm done and yeasterday my phone got so hot I powered off and left it for 1 hour to cool. I was watching videos with only 2 apps open. Why does it heat up, loose battery and make those weird faint noises?

I understand from your post that you hear buzzing/crackling noises from your iPhone 5c speaker along with the iPhone getting hot to the touch. I see that you are also having issues with the battery depleting quickly. Being able to hear callers and keep your iPhone within the proper operating temperatures is very important.
