Excuse my lack of knowledge, but can I have this layout, as seen below. My mail on my iPad looks very much more basic. I tried outlook on the iPad but it didn't work for me, and had glitches with receiving mail.
Mail on your iPad not going to look like Mail on your Mac. What features are you having a problem with on your iPad?What are you trying to do that you can't?
Ok, one can't have full Apple mail as it is on the Mac? the Mac version just looks like it can do more, view more at once.
