Are you referring to removing the ability to receive a call on the iPad? If that is the case, that is changed on the iPhone itself, unless it is a FaceTime audio or video call. For phone calls, go to Settings>Phone>Calls on Other Devices>OFF. If it is FaceTime, then you need to turn FaceTime off on the iPad.

    ON your iPhone, go to Settings>Phone>Calls on other devices>Off.
