Aug 11, 2016 11:07 AM in response to dolphin62312by turingtest2,This is a user to user support forum. We cannot help with refunds. If you used something like the Report a Problem site for an issue with the store then you should have had an email that you can reply to.
If you responded to an unsolicited email suggesting a refund was due if you followed links in the message then you may be subject to a phishing attempt. See Identifying fraudulent "phishing" email - Apple Support. If you entered you Apple ID credentials on a fake site act now to change your password and reclaim control of your account, and contact your bank or financial institution to prevent further payments to the iTunes or Apple Stores. Use https://iforgot.apple.com/ if needed to reset your password.
