I recently bought a used iPod 4 for the sole purpose of having FaceTime in a portable unit. I am a Samsung user and there is nothing comparable to a iPhone for FaceTime as an app.
I cannot get FaceTime to activate, even though I have an iTunes account (my laptop is a 4 year old Macbook pro).
Is the technology just outdated or does any have an idea how to update or activate FaceTime on a iPod 4?
When I activate the FaceTime app I enter my login and password but continually receive:
FaceTime Activation
An error occurred during activation
Try again...
Any help is appreciated.
