iPad is not connecting to WiFi after the iOS 9.3.4 update - Any Suggestions?

I wrote a huge paragraph and it all deleted, so here is a quick version.

iPad Air2 not connecting to WiFi after the iOS 9.3.4 update - Any Suggestions?

The three WiFis at work are operational. All iPhones are working after the update, but not the iPads.

I already tried turning off/on Airplane Mode and resetting the Network Settings.

iPad Air, iOS 9.3.4, iPad Air2

Hi, colt3303,
It appears that you have two iPads that aren't connecting to Wi-Fi after the latest update. Since you need Wi-Fi on a device to access a lot of things, I'll be glad to help.
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network -- Even though you've tried most of the troubleshooting steps in this article, scroll down to the heading "Get more help" and try some of the suggestions there.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- If those additional steps haven't helped, please back up both iPads to keep the personal data on them safe.
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings -- Select one of the iPad's and follow this article in order to erase your iPad's iOS and reinstall a fresh copy. This cannot be done through the settings menu as that only removes personal information. When the iPad starts back up, select "set up as new iPad", then see if it will connect to your Wi-Fi network(s). If it does, continue to the next step. Try this with each iPad.
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup -- Use this article to replace the personal data that was erased in the prior step.

Hope this helps and thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

IM having the same issue with 2 mini iPads. I've done all of the above and nothing. It won't even let me erase content. It gets stuck. I even tried plugging into iTunes and restoring. It won't. It goes through the whole process but won't erse the iPad And won't connect to the wifi. I have other devices in my network so it's definitely the iPads. They were both updated and now they are both having this issue. What else can we try???
