You can turn off auto-renewal for Apple Music to end the subscription. You won't be charged once your trial finishes. Please note that it isn't be possible to end the trial. It will end only after 3 months.

To end auto-renewal:
Go to App Store > Scroll to bottom > Click on your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Sign-in > Manage(Subscriptions)
> Apple Music Membership > Turn off auto renewal.

You are good to go! In the meanwhile, you can still enjoy Apple Music till the trial ends.
