iPhone stuck on iTunes logo when I tried to restore it. What can I do to fix it?

iPhone stuck on iTunes logo. I tried to force restart it so that I could restore it cause I forgot my touch i.d. passcode. Can someone please tell me what else to do. Btw I don't have a way to submit with my tablet.
