All the Chinese instruments from Garageband dissapeared and now the tracks I used them on will not open. How do I fix this?

I have an iPhone 6 Version 9.3.4. My garage Band is version 2.1 (4257.23) and for some reason None of the chinese instruments that I have used in the past are available. Also, none of the tracks I used those instruments on, will open and I get the message: "The song requires a newer version of GarageBand. Please update to the latest Version. I thought I was up to date? How do I get access to those tracks and instruments if my version seems up to date? How do I fix this?
