Hi

You are describing Activation Lock, which prevents unauthorised use of the iPhone if it is lost or stolen.

This can be disabled either by the previous owner entering their Apple ID and password on the device or by them removing the iPhone from their devices list in Find My iPhone via iCloud.com.

If you cannot arrange for either of these steps to be taken, then you will be unable to use the iPhone. There is no way around this security feature.

Hi,

Even if there was a way around the issue nobody here would tell you either.

We have no way on knowing if you story is true or not.

The way you have posted the question could just as easily be from someone wanting access to an iPhone that they should not have access to (or if such an answer was posted, thieves could use the answer when they did steal iPhones)
