Aug 11, 2016 5:41 PM in response to Laura Drew1by LarryHN,You can not
You mostly can by uploading each to iCloud Photo Library (this does not combine projects or face albums) or using PowerPhotos which merges no projects and the selecte version of the photos

Aug 12, 2016 6:45 AM in response to Laura Drew1by Laura Drew1,can I export the smaller Photos library which has really no books albums etc to a folder (just jpgs) then delete that Photos Library? Then drag Rhodes jpgs into the large iPhoto library?

Aug 12, 2016 10:06 AM in response to Laura Drew1by LarryHN,Yes - but that only adds one version of the photos with selected metadata to the iPhoto library - it does not merge things
it would be better to migrate the iPhoto library to Photos (drag it to the Photos icon in the Dock) and merge them using ICPL or PowerPhotos - and be sure to set the finished, merged library as the system library in the Photos references
