I'd certainly be ready to listen to a new album on my computer or iPhone. Especially after buying it. There's a few things to try.
Even though the message doesn't match up exactly, let's check out the steps here: If you see 'There was an error downloading your purchased music' when you try to download music from iTunes - Apple Support
It's possible that there's security or anti-virus software preventing the download. Try out those steps and let us know.

So far this didn't help any. I tried to do what it said in the article but nothing happened. If there's anything else please lemme know.

If you removed any security software, and didn't already, restart the computer to make sure those changes apply themselves. We may need to assist you through our other sources here: Apple - Support - Product Selection
Also, if there's a new error message since doing those steps reply back with that since the numbers or wording can change the steps to do.
