Q: hope it fix the notifications issues?

after i update to 9.3.3 i stoped getting notification from some app like b4

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.3

    Notification issues are not an iOS issue, so there is no fix in iOS 9.3.4. If you were having issues, you need to address them. I've never heard of the app b4, are there individual settings for you to look at to reset?

    after i installed the 9.3.3

    i removed from the notifications center all the old one and since i stop getting notifications from most of the applications

    I'm sorry, but I do not understand what it is you are trying to say here. If you removed notifications, then you are not going to get them. If you were experiencing an issue with notifications, then you need to troubleshoot your device. It is not an overall iOS issue.
