Got Purchase verify

Today I purchase IAP at Magic Jack App and I found that I must verify my purchase information many time and Charged 01 USD per time verify but I can not buy my IAP?
Would you please to check with me

Apple sometimes do requre verification - to confirm your acount especially on a new device. This is not Apple though, this is a user-to-user community so we have no access to Apple Services and cannot check.
