That is not adware. That is your "clean up" software. I don't know if it is Advanced Mac Cleaner or Clean My Mac, but it is definitely one of them. It looks like the "clean up" software is becoming more aggressive and moving into true adware territory just like adware is moving into malware behaviour. I'm pretty sure this is Advanced Mac Cleaner. I will verify that and then add this app to EtreCheck's adware list.
Just be aware that even after you uninstall it, you may continue to get pop-ups. Some clever "clean up" apps use OS X's built-in notification system to continue to spam you long after they are gone. Removing those is another feature I need to add to EtreCheck.
