Q: can't connect iPhone 6 to internet after 9.3.4 upgrade

I have done the upgrade and only problem is that I can't connect to internet.

I can connect through wifi, but not without it.

 

Data Roaming is on.

I've rebooted several times

Settings\Mobile\ Mobile data (on)

Settings\Mobile\ Mobile Data Options (data roaming is on, enable 4G Voice & Data is on)

 

The only thing that looks odd that I'm not sure about is a new setting:

Settings\Mobile\Mobile Data Network - when I click it it goes to a screen that has the words YESINTERNET next to APN for both Mobile Data and Personal Hotspot.  I am guessing that YesInternet is Optus, as thats my carrier.

 

Any ideas???????  HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!

    Hi There,

     

    I have an iphone 6 and have been in Mexico for one week, and for some reason since about 24 hours of being in Mexico, I've been unable to access ANY wifi networks at any of the places I've been staying (it worked fine at first, but then simply stopped and now no networks show up - whereas my wife has no problems on her iphone 6).

     

    I've tried EVERYTHING I've read online about trying to sort out all kinds of network troubles and nothing seems to fix the issue. My last resort seems to be resetting my phone, but now for some reason I can't even turn off the 'find my phone' function on my own phone because I'm not online (I get an error message about not being able to contact the network).

     

    Just wondering if anyone might be able to help me at all. I'm unable to make any calls from here in Mexico, but I can use email on my macbook pro. Any help would be much appreciated! I desperately need to use my phone online, and it seems really unfair that I have a perfectly good iphone 6, which I paid a lot of money for, and I can't even use it!

     

    Also, I tried contacting Apple support Aust online, but apparently my phone is too old for any assistance(!). Alas. Thus my only option it seems is o post on this fourm.
