Is there anyway someone can help me?

Morning I need to cancel my subscription with Spotify and I don't see the option to do its not letting me cancel it just says your premium subscription will en on 8/14/2016 that's it, can I get some answers and how to cancel this. because they said I have to talk to apple about canceling the subscriptions.
