Q: Decline payment

Dear sir/miss,

 

I cant purchase in game due to decline payment. i already change another account debit card but still decline. in account still got money. can you help me with this problem?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.4

    If the cards are debit cards that might be why, not all of seem to still be accepted, and they might not be accepted at all in some countries.

     

    For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).

     

    Do you have a credit card that you could try ?
