please anyone...
I try to reinstall OSX and it tells me "error" "failed" over & over again... what di i do?

Hi agvaniot, how are you trying to re-install and are you booted into Recovery Mode? This Apple Support describes the re-install process and provides some alternate ways to accomplish it:

Also I'd suggest running Disk Utility > First Aid on your system before you try again.
