Q: Is there a cure for an unresponsive touch screen

i have cleaned my screen and restarted iPad but screen touch has some spots where there is no response.

iPad, iOS 8.0.2

Might be worth getting it checked out by Apple - There could be any number of reasons why its not working. The only thing I would say you could try is a factory reset- which should rule out any software problems, but getting the hardware checked at a Apple Store is probably the best way. Then if there is a fault they will give you your options.
