Q: apple id help

I sold my old iphone, but I forgot to sign out of my apple id on that phone. I have an apple music subscription and I noticed there are a few playlists on there that I did not create. So I got on itunes and checked which devices are still using my apple id and the phone I sold is still on the list. How can I take it off? I have no way of getting in contact with this person.... help
