Q: Account will be BLOCKED scam text

This was a fake Apple ID text I received this morning. Unfortunately my sister also received the same text and didn't know how to check and make sure it was a fake. The email address was not Apple ascociated and every time I searched results for this website that was listed I received only Spanish websites as a result. Do not respond to this text it is a scam for your personal information.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities to post your issue. From the looks of the screen image, this seems to be a phishing text message. Great job of identifying that the email address did not look legit. Please use the link below to help with identifying and filtering such messages.

Block phone numbers and contacts or filter messages on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch

Using the steps in the above link will help with blocking and reporting these types of messages should they pop up again.
