Location service no longer working after updating to ios 9.3.4 on ipad Air

After i updated my ipad air 16gb Wi-fi to ios 9.3.4 my location service no longer working. I Used my ipad air for over 2 years and i never have problems with it but know my location service on the newest ios just doesn't work. I try almost everythink. I reset my location & privacy. I restore my ipad over iTunes and it doesn't help.

Please help me! If anybody know the solution or has the same problem please just tell.
