Calls dropping on any device or carrier are expected from time to time, but it seems your issue is a bit different. Apparently calls using your carrier and Wi-Fi are having an issue on your iPhone 5s on iOS 9.3.4. I'll be glad to help you with this.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touchBefore starting any troubleshooting -- Before stating any troubleshooting, I highly recommend having a fresh backup to keep your personal data safe.
I've also noticed that the MobileMeet app was recently updated. Check the App Store on your phone to be sure you're using the latest version.Follow these steps and test the issue after each one. Feel free to skip any steps you've already tried.
1. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Never underestimate the power of a good restart.
2. Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings -- Since the problem happens with both carrier and VOIP calls, this may be a software issue. Use this article to restore your iPhone to factory settings to install a fresh, clean copy. Using your iPhone's settings only erases your personal data.
The first time through, set up your phone as a new iPhone but sync or download the information or apps you need to test. If it's working like it should, continue on to the next step.
3. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup -- Use this article to restore your personal data to your iPhone again.Have a great day and thanks for using Apple Support Communities!
