Q: Add pagination to the top of display posts page

I have an alpha stage javascript which places a third set of pagination to the top of the display ASC post web page.

Here is the web page Re: Why is Apple Support Communities website not iPhone responsive? with my enhancement.  It "works", but with this note.  The pagination isn't update after you use it.  I'll somehow have to figure out why and I suspect have to insert javascript code into the page to adjust.

If it wasn't easy for me to code, it shouldn't be easy for you to install.

Installation:

1) install GreaseMonkey in Firefox. GreaseMonkey may work in other browser like Chrome, but I have not tried.

2) add the javascript from http://pastebin.com/raw/vdHECFTg

PS.  Hiroto has a solution too: Hiroto, javascript fix for ASC.

Is this an attempt to make Hiroto's "wheel rounder" ? I like it just fine (with season to taste positioning)

It actually doesn't MOVE them from their normal bottom of page position, it ADDS another set that 'floats' on the top right as you scroll the page

I place a copy of the pagination info at the top of the display post page.  It's like any other element on the page.  Hiroto's is on a fixed position on the window. When you scroll down, it stays on the screen.  When you scroll down with this javascript, this pagination doesn't appear.  There are still the two others.

Isn't GreaseMonkey just another "CSS invoking add-on" like Stylish that we already use?

Greasemonkey injects javascript into a web page.  A javascript program can change a web page to a greater extent.  Javascript can add data and html tags. Using javascript is more work, but can do the same thing as a user style sheet  plus a lot more.  It's looks and acts very similar to Stylish.  Stylish inject a css file into a web page.  Greasemonkey doesn't have an "edit" button .  You have to right click on the desired management block.  Had to do an internet search to figure this out.

What I do in the javascript is to go in and find the first pagination block.  I make a copy of the block.  I find were I want to insert the copied block.  I insert the block.

It wasn't much code, but I filled it up with my debugging code ... just in case.
