I think #3 is likely the best id you can find one, they also had ADC to VGA which would work just as well.
Lickily you dpm't need the far more wxpensive DVI to ADC adapter.

Aug 12, 2016 9:50 PMby Willuplease,The G5 has PCI and PCI-X. I know in the bottom of the computer when the side panel is taken off it says PCI-X. Yeah so the different adapters is another thing that's confusing me. Right now on Amazon they have some ADC to dvi or vga thing that I believe was made to make it so old apple panel displays could still be used. What I think I'll need is an adapter that will fit with the ADC connector coming out of the video card. With the adapter it would be like I have two DVI ports. Would an adapter work like that? And will it be able to do a dual monitor setup? The monitors are like 1650x 1050 but I don't know if the card that came with it can handle it. I have the Radeon 9600 XT. Or is it possible that I would get another identical video card and then use two at a time. I have zero how I would do that but I thought I'd mention it. Thank you
