Message auto reply to clients when off

Hello. I am a salon owner and I have a cell phone to schedule my clients. I am very esaished and very busy and being a full time receptionist has become a full time job. People are texting all hours of the day While with clients, and nights and weekends. I'm setting up and online booking program and would very much like my phone to reply to all the text messages regarding my personal scheduling hours and the link for online booking. I can't seem to find anything out there that auto responds to messages. Is that something I can do?
