ViewSonic TD2420 Touch Screen Monitor on Macbook Pro

I have a ViewSonic TD2420 connected to my Macbook Pro.

It is connected through HDMI and USB.

However, it only allows for basic function.

It only allows to move the cursor around but not click or anything else.

Is there anyway I can get it to have more functionality.
