Are you talking about your bank account or your Apple ID account? If there are no charges showing up on your bank account, but your bank says there are, then you would need to work that out with them.
If they are showing up on your Apple ID account but not your bank account, you might try contacting iTunes Support: http://apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html. If there really are charges from Apple, I suspect that you may be signed up for a subscription: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support.
