Either take the iPhone in for an exchange or send it to Apple > http://www.apple.com/shop/help/returns_refund

Try following the steps here, including checking inside the charging port for any debris / obstruction:

Take a flashlight and look into the port. There's a huge chance that you have some hmm... pocket-dirt inside of it.
It's hard to notice without the proper lighting, but that's quite common thing among my friends.
i know it seems obvious, but try tondo it anyways.
PS: clean, dry, soft toothbrush is great for cleaning the lightning port.
