Aug 13, 2016 1:01 AM in response to dwinton18by King_Penguin,If you mean that it's on the activation screen (i.e. Settings > iCloud > Find iPad 'on') then she can't, that's what activation lock is for. Is she still logged into the account anywhere so that she can look it up ? Or does you have any of the account's downloads in her computer's iTunes library so that she can do 'get-info' on them and see the id ? If not has she tried : If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support ?
If she still can't find it, and if she was the original purchaser of the iPad (i.e. it wasn’t bought used) then she could try going to an Apple Store (she should make a Genius Bar appointment if she does) or try contacting iTunes Support online (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) and see if they can remove the iPad from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
