Q: I want to reset my security question but I am stuck at this message

I want to set my security question cuz I made it a long time ago and finally i decided to redeem itunes card, which I did.

 

then when I want to purchase item, it asked for answers to my security questions.

 

i managed to go to iforget.apple.com and try changing my security questions, then this message come up

 

Enter Verification Code

A verification code has been sent to . Enter the code to continue.

 

at first I thought the verification code would be sent to my email, which is my apple ID but it wasn't. and I don't have ipod. (it's iPad). where am I supposed to see this code so that I can reset my security questions to finally buy my favorite game item?

    Thanks for your question.  From your description above, it sounds like you may have set up two-step verification at one point, which is an alternative to providing the answers to security questions.  If you did not see a verification code on your iPad, then you may have used a different device at the time you set this up.

    1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
    2. In the Security section, Click Edit.
