Q: JOB APPLICATION PROBLEM

hello everyone,

 

i've I've applied to appleStore in Paris.

 

i've I've received any e-mail on Friday 12nd of August 2016 asking me to choose an appointment for a job interview.

 

My problem Is that I can't make an appointment because every time I try to book an appointment the website says " fully booked ".

 

CAn someone help me ?

 

ANd I've already tried to answer back to the email address but it says " Failure delivery "

    Try calling them on the telephone.

    Be sure that there is no part of the email or the link where it leads that has a "report a problem" link.

    There is no direct contact - email or phone - with Apple Human Resources(HR) that is known in the wild.

    Calling the Apple Store "may" provide help - but it is likely that even the Store Manager would not be involved in the 1st interview, but rather an Apple Recruiter (an HR employee) - which in the US would be via FaceTime or Skype

     

    You say the webpage is reporting "fully booked" which is  telling us that the process is not fully broken, if at all.

    A certain "time slot" may well be "fully booked"

    Have you picked another "time slot" and tried again?
