Aug 13, 2016 7:18 AM in response to arisingtechby lllaass,If those are degrees F then what is your problem?
What is CPU load? Make sure that Al Processes is selected under View.
After initial startup with low CPU lost what is fan speed?
What are other temperatures?

Aug 13, 2016 8:02 PM in response to arisingtechby Rysz,After starting up a Mac, there's a lot of background syncing and updating going on, especially now, with all the iCloud services.
Does the temperature go down after a while? In any case, unless you see Overheating warnings flashing on the screen, I wouldn't be concerned. Macs take good care of themselves without users needing to interfere.

Aug 14, 2016 1:27 AM in response to lllaassby arisingtech,No the degrees are in °C.
CPU, GPU, SSD are correct... I see only memory temp and memory proximity temp are very high about 99-109 °C.
The fans start with high rpm just from the beginning when i power on the mac and hear the first sound.
Sometimes Mac turn off immediately I think probably for safe... but I think it can be the sensor...
There's a way to reset? I don't kwon really what else I can do...
I'm very sad because Mac has always been treated with kid gloves and I was not expecting a hardware fault, moreover after that of course it expired on apple care.

Aug 14, 2016 1:35 AM in response to Ryszby arisingtech,After starting up Mac and I hear the first sound the fans start immediately at the highest rpm...and after login remain at the highest. I am monitoring temperature and I see only "Memory temp" is over 100 °C.
I did the diagnostic test... memory test is ok but still problem remain.
Network diagnostic not work (N button at start)... two times I see the world but after mac os starts.
Now seem not working network diagnostic....

Aug 14, 2016 3:30 AM in response to arisingtechby lllaass,I would try reseating the memory modules.
Also at that time I would try to blow dust out of the computer.
If same high temp I would suspect either faulty memory or problem with the temp sensors.
Apple Hardware test would only deleted a failed sensor, not one that is giving an abnormally high reading

Aug 14, 2016 3:55 AM in response to arisingtechby OGELTHORPE,Try another temperature/fanspeed application and see if the results are the same.
Ciao.

AHT doesn't give errors.

Aug 14, 2016 5:08 AM in response to lllaassby arisingtech, what do you mean? PRAM?
I have reset PRAM and SMC... fans and temperature still same... fans highest rpm and temp memory about 100°C

Aug 14, 2016 8:22 AM in response to arisingtechby lllaass,I do not understand what yo mean by the first line? You indicate that you are replying to one of my replies but I never mentioned PRAM.

Aug 14, 2016 11:06 AM in response to lllaassby arisingtech,Yes you right ... I do not understand how I can reset memory module... I do not know how I can reset them...
In the figure you can see my situation...
I do some test also with TechToolPro 9 ... all sensor are ok ... but I do not know how dimm temperature is so high and consequently fans go so fast.
Let me know

Aug 14, 2016 12:25 PM in response to arisingtechby lllaass,I said reseat, not reset
"I would try reseating the memory modules."
Take the memory module out look at the contacts and then reinstall.
If the sensor indicate a higher than actual temp them the fans will run faster. However, since the sensor is still and "works" (does not indicate an open or short circuit) Apple Hardware Test says it is OK. AHT does not measure the accuracy of the sensors.
