Running iMac with OSX El Capitan 10.11.6 and iTunes 12.4.3.1 When I plug in my 2nd gen iPod it does not recognise it. Nothing shows up in iTunes so I can't sync it anymore.
Tried changing computers, cables and USB ports to no avail.
Any suggestions/solutions greatly appreciated.

I understand that iTunes is not seeing your iPod for syncing when it's plugged in. I know it's important to be able to use iTunes to transfer your media to your iPod, so I'm happy to help work toward a solution!
