I'm trying to cancel a subscription to Magic Piano by Smule & it won't let me swipe it off. What do I do now?

Not sure what you mean by "swipe it off." Are you following the instructions here? View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. When you get to the final step, you just tap the on/off switch for Automatic Renewal to change it to the off position.
When I said swipe off I should have said switch off. It won't let me switch it to the off position. I have tried with another app as well & it won't let me either.
...and yes, I have followed the step by step instructions & when I get to the final step of switching off the automatic renewal it will not let me switch it off. Sorry if I wasn't more clear.
Does the option appear to be grayed out?
How long is it until the subscription is set to renew?
