Q: Hearing concerns.

I have an Iphone 6, I've had it for a little over a year. When someone calls me I can't hear them properly, but this doesn't always happen. once in a blue moon it'll work perfectly. Majority of the time I have to have my phone on speaker in order to hear the other person talking. Is there any way I can fix this? It's extremely irritating.
