Turning keyboard backlight automatically on when plugged in?

I am not that experienced when it comes to automating actions for my MacAir, but is there any way to have my keyboard backlight to automatically turn fully on whenever I plug my laptop in? I know how to manually control the backlight, but anything more than that is lost on me.
