I can't remember my security question answers. How do I get into my account to make changes without them?

Thanks !! Now the problem I was trying to fix is . My son set a screen lock on his ipad2, he has disabilities, and he doesn't know what the code is. Can you help me with this?
Also now I am locked out for an hour. When I go to My Account screen they don not have the iPad 2 listed as my device. We have no other Apple products. This is really maddening.
