Question

phone is stuck in restore mode

What do I do ? MY phone is stuck in restore mode . How do I get out without a computer cause I don't have one and how do I not have to restore it cause I don't have a backup.

Have you tried is yet?

Turn on your iPhone.
Hold “Home” and “Power” button on your iPhone for around 10 seconds.
Let go of both of the buttons once the screen turns off.
Then hold “Home” and “Power” buttons at the same time again for 8 seconds until you see the Apple logo.

Try following the steps here:

If you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If your iPhone still shows the same Connect to iTunes screen, then - as you don't have a computer - either consider borrowing one from a friend or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help:
