Q: usb ports stop working at random and have to reboot every time to fix it

Hi all,

MacBook Pro retina 13-inch early 2015 running El Capitan 10.11.16

USB ports work fine for a while after booting, then at the next random plug-in of any given device Mac will stop recognising them. I can only fix this issue by rebooting OSX every time, which is annoying and not an acceptable workaround anyway.

Any way to fix this?
