New MacBook Pro
- Is it literally "new" (out of the box)?
- Is it running OS X El Capitan?
- Is it running the current version of iTunes (12.4.3)?
- Had your iPhone synced to a different computer before this one?
- If so, did you migrate from that older computer to your new MacBook Pro?

Aug 14, 2016 1:12 AM in response to sbermanby danielle_6,Yes I've had it now for about 2 weeks. It is running OS X EI Capitan. The iTunes version is 12.4.3 and yes my phone had previously been synced to another computer ( sumsung ). I'm not sure what you mean by migrate?? I have linked the iTunes account on to my MacBook Pro, I did a back up of my iPhone on to the MacBook Pro. All music that was on my previous computer is now on the new one. But the new downloads that I did on my MacBook Pro are not fully syncing onto my iPhone.

Aug 14, 2016 10:13 PM in response to sbermanby danielle_6,My old computer is pretty old. It's connected with windows 7 and takes forever to download anything and will not allow the download for windows 10. I can't do anything with my old computer therefore I cannot do the migration. What else can I do?
