You can't change an iCloud address if that's what you are trying to do.
TThey said I could under the account page they even show it but that's a lie
Where exactly did they say this.
ON the edit page on account they have a follow these steps of u wanna change ur email
You don't show us exactly, but what I suspect you are referring to is changing a non-iCloud address as an Apple ID which is indeed something you can do, what you can't do and I don't believe Apple say you can do, is to change the address when it's an iCloud address.
I Try to change my current iCloud address to another there's no option I have an iCloud address that is all iCloud no other email in it
You can't change an iCloud address, an iCloud address is one that ends with iCloud.com (i.e. 123456@icloud.com)
You can change a non-iCloud address, a non-iCloud address is one that doesn't end with iCloud.com (i.e. 123456@yahoo.com)
I can't change applied even followed the steps but there is no option to change email address and clash of clans doesn't work on my iPad 5.1 and there's no option to update
