Ipod won't turn on.

Ipod 32GB- 6th Generation.

iOS 9.3.3

Since I have bought this ipod, I've faced this problem several times. My charger and adapter is perfectly fine, but I don't even know why my ipod isn't charging. The first time I faced this problem, I had to wait 2-3 days to get it resolved. But the next time, I googled it and found out that we can reboot it by holding the sleep/wake and home button for 10 seconds. And it worked! But maybe I'm not that lucky. I'm facing this problem again and have tried this solution and have failed. It has been 2 days. The ipod isn't charging nor turning on. All I can see on the screen is nothing. Please help me solve this issue!

Try the remaining actions of:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201412

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- Try another cable

- Try on another computer

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
